Chayil Arukah
Blended to assist with symptoms from fibroids: normalize hormones, process estrogen adequately, tone uterus and increase circulation and iron levels.
Ingredients: Dandelion, Nettle, Red Raspberry, Turmeric, Ginger, Chaste Berry, Prickly Ash, Dong Quai, Yellow Dock, Lavender and Rooibos Chai blend.
Brew Your Tea
Brewing tea is simple. To every 8 to 10 ounces of water, place one teaspoon of the herbal blend in a teaball/strainer or teabag.
There are two easy ways to prepare your cup of tea:
Boil the water and pour over the teaball/strainer or teabag, cover and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
OR
Place your tea blend in the teaball/strainer or teabag and add it to a pot with the desired amount of water. Bring it almost to a boil. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
After the steeping is complete, sweeten if desired with honey, agavé, maple syrup, etc. For best medicinal and herbs results, do not use sugar.
Special Instructions
The Arukah Ishah is used to assist in normalizing the menstrual cycle, hormones, etc. The Chayil Arukah's purpose is to assist in the removal and the ease of fibroid symptoms. Both herbal blends are very powerful. For each, only use one teaspoon of loose tea for 8 to 10 ounces of hot water. Warning: do not mix these herbal blends with any similar herbal blend, over-the-counter drug, etc due to the potency of the ingredients.
