Lemon Ginger


Lemon ginger is formulated to assist in digestion and relaxation.  It can be taken after dinner to help ease the discomforts of indigestion.  This tea is perfect for the ginger lover. 



Ingredients:  Lemon Verbana, Lemon Balm, Lemon Peel and Ginger

  • Brew Your Tea

    Brewing tea is simple.  To every 8 to 10 ounces of water, place one teaspoon of the herbal blend in a teaball/strainer or teabag. 

    There are two easy ways to prepare your cup of tea:

    Boil the water and pour over the teaball/strainer or teabag, cover and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes.  


    Place your tea blend in the teaball/strainer or teabag and add it to a pot with the desired amount of water.  Bring it almost to a boil.  Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.  

    After the steeping is complete, sweeten if desired with honey, agavé, maple syrup, etc.  For best medicinal and herbs results, do not use sugar.
