Honeybush Chai
Used for a good latte, but also beneficial for overall health and digestion.
Ingredients: Honeybush, Rooibos Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom Seed, Cloves, Stevia
Brew Your Tea
Brewing tea is simple. To every 8 to 10 ounces of water, place one teaspoon of the herbal blend in a teaball/strainer or teabag.
There are two easy ways to prepare your cup of tea:
Boil the water and pour over the teaball/strainer or teabag, cover and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
OR
Place your tea blend in the teaball/strainer or teabag and add it to a pot with the desired amount of water. Bring it almost to a boil. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
After the steeping is complete, sweeten if desired with honey, agavé, maple syrup, etc. For best medicinal and herbs results, do not use sugar.
